Your computer: https://support.hp.com/my-en/document/c05686933

AMD Radeon RX 550

• Form Factor: Full-height
• Dimensions: 4.4 in x 6.4 in
• Rear I/O connectors: DL-DVI + HDMI + DisplayPort
• Maximum resolution:
   • DisplayPort resolution: 5120 x 2880 @ 60Hz
   • HDMI resolution:               4096 x 2160 @ 60Hz

• Memory size: 4 GB (128-bit)
• Memory type: GDDR5
• Total power consumption: 50 W max
• Direct-3D support: DirectX 12
• Multi display support: displays up to 5.
• PCIe Bus Revision and Width: x8, x4, x2, x1
• Memory clock: 7 Gbps max

seems to be a quite-good device.  Why do you think that you need to upgrade?

What programs do you intend to run?

Also:

Processor - AMD Ryzen7-1700
• CPU speed: 3.0 GHz (max turbo boost - 3.7 GHz)
• CPU cores: 8 (16 threads)
• CPU Cache (L3): 16 MB
• TDP: 65 W
• Socket: AM4

Yikes!  Support for 16 threads.  Wow.

>>> 300 W uATX regular internal power supply.

That is lots of power for an upgraded graphics-card.
