How do I reset the pin number? Computer is not accepting the one we put in originally.

We have a new HP computer. entered the PIN number we chose, but now when it asks for a PIN number, it will not recognize the one we gave it originally.  How do I change it back?

Hello,

 

The only way to remove a PIN or password is to perform a reset or recovery. This involves removing all your files and programs.
