Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pc is at a black screen and i try spamming f11 when its booting up to open up advanced options and i also tried 3 hard power offs and it still wont open so i dont know what to do now

The F11 key is used to open the HP Startup Menu -- which is a bunch of utilities.  It's not an advanced startup option.
