Need help accessing Bios menu in order to enable Intel turbo boost

Hey all,

I've had this desktop for about a year now and haven't really had any issues. Lately I've found that my cpu will get maxed out in some games and this leads to performance issues. My cpu is the Intel i7-7700 3.6GZ. It cannot be overclocked, but it can be increased with the turbo boost. I've determined that the turbo boost ( which should be enabled by default) is not enabled by running a stress test and monitoring the cpu with a 3rd party program. I've tried to go into the bios to enable this option but I cannot seem to find it. I can only get to the setup utility which only has basic information. Hopefully I'm just doing something wrong.

Thanks in advance!

Temporarily disconnect the disk-drive's "power" and "data" cables.

Then, power-on.

Since the computer cannot boot from the "air-gapped" disk-drive, is it any easier to enter BIOS SETUP mode?
