Need to Know How To Set BIOS to Boot To USB First

Compaq Elite 8200
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have BIOS version J01 V02.29 and need to know what my BIOS setting should be to boot to my flash drive first to install Ubuntu 16.04.3 alongside Windows 10.  In Windows 10 I've already created a 700 GB partition to put it on!  I got a refurbished HO Compaq Elite 8200computer from Bestbuy and they for some reason installed Windows 10 on Legacy mode.  I have Windows 10 so can start from scratch on UEFI if need be.

Need to Know How To Set BIOS to Boot To USB First

I'm on the Ubuntu forum all the time and I know how to do the install via Legacy or UEFI mode!  What I'm wanting to know is what to set BIOS to, to boot the flash drive first.  It has nothing to do with the OS.
