Product: Paviliona6244n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

PC stock at HP logo with the following options: esc, F10 and F11 keys. Keyboard light up but will not respond to inputs.. Will not read recover CD, even though you'll see it spinning. Try different troubleshooting from the web but no results. I will very much like to recover my files. Any help?
