Is there any "text" along with those error-codes, such as "chassis fan not detected" or "keyboard not detected".

Having that information, if available, would be helpful.

But, the answer probably is "no, the POST is the POST", and there is no provision for it to omit some of its testing.

Is it possible to "cannabilize" the fan & the front USB "header" from the defunct chassis, and connect them somewhere inside the new chassis?
