When pc working, i got an error message that "inaccessible boot device ".
Tried harddisc check, after completed it works fine.
Later when i start my pc it shut down without booting.
Tried cmos battery removal and ram cleanup. But still pc not booting.
Run that hard-disk check again, if you think that doing so will address (not "solve") the problem.
How old is the disk-drive?
Remember that the manufacturer's warranty on the disk-drive probably was just ONE year.
You may need to replace the disk-drive.
If you do get it to boot into Windows, Google-search for "download free SPECCY".
Download, install, and run SPECCY.
Expand its "storage" section.
Expand the "SMART" section.
SMART monitors the "health" of the disk-drive, at over 20 points.
Tell us what SMART reports.

1. Sometimes the hard disk responding very slowly.
2. Lost some important data.
3. so decide to purchase a new hard disc.
4. will you suggest a good one ( 2 TB)??
1. That is a symptom of "bad" sectors on a disk-drive in "imminent failure" status.
2. Another reason to replace the disk-drive.
3. Good idea.
4. I buy either Seagate or Western Digital.
From www.Seagate.com one can download SEATOOLS, which can do "disk-cloning" from "old" to a "new" Seagate drive.
From www.WD.com one can download "Acronis True Image WD Edition Software which does "disk-cloning" from "old" to a new WD drive.
Using "disk-cloning" makes an exact copy (assuming no "bad" sectors) within an hour, and can automatically handle the situation where the target disk-drive has a larger capacity than the source disk-drive.
