Power on password required and don't recall setting one

HP ENVY 32-inch Displays
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My boss doesn't ever recall setting up a power on password and when we go through the 3 tries it doesn't give an error code.  He was having issues with his facial recognition and somehow locked himself out of that and my guess is this is what took him to the POP.  Any and all help on this would be greatly appreciated.

I understand that your Boss is unable to log in because he got locked out due to the Facial Recognition Feature.

 

I would like to help.

 

I will need the Product Number of your Product.

 

You can refer to this Link: hp.care/2bygf7l for help in locating the Product Number.
 

Also, let me know what is the error message he gets when he tries logging in.
