Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello this morning when I turned on my computer HP pavilion 550-022nf it wanted from me turn on password but I dont have any password how to solve it

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the motherboard specs for your PC.

 

There is a clear password jumper on the motherboard.

 

Look under I/O Ports and Jumpers.

The problem is...There are no instructions as to what you need to do.

 

I would move the jumper one pin over, and turn on the PC and see if that clears the jumper.

 

Shut down and unplug the PC before moving the jumper.

Unfortunately, I can't help you any more than I already have.

 

There are no instructions for removing the password, so you will just have to experiment with both of those jumpers and hope you can clear it.
