Processor Fan error

HP Recommended
IPIBL-LA
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The motherboard shows me a fan error and asks me to press F2 at all times. I changed the Processor Fan which has 4 pin and works fine, I'm not fan control option in my bios to disable this error ...
Yet my installation is very well done ...

How to solve problems

Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.

I understand that you are getting a Fan error whenever you boot up the computer

I suggest you update the BIOS from this Link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers

If the issue persists, please contact our Phone Support for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Click on "Continue as guest".
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Click on "Show Options".
Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

Thank you 🙂
