USB Keyboard and mouse deactivates when i try to install Win 7 64 bit

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi. 

We jus bought for an HP Pavilion 590-n0001nq, and have already windows 7 64bit licence. 

I try yesterday to instal this licence and after the files are copy, and starts to install the USB keyboard and mouse deactivates and doesnt work. 

 

Please, maybe you can help me to solve this problem

Hi:

 

I don't think that you will be able to find W7 drivers for that PC, but the problem is that there is no USB support in your W7 installer for the USB 3.1 ports.

 

You can try putting the keyboard and mouse in the USB 2 ports in the back of the PC and see if you can then install W7.

 

The USB 2 ports are labeled as #7 in the illustration below.
