Product: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 23-q152d (Touch)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer just does not go beyond the boot screen and stops at the screen that just shows two options- Troubleshoot or Turn off your PC.   What do I do?

What happens if you select "Troubleshoot"

 

After powering on can you ;press ESC and run diagnostics?
