cannot disable secure boot

Pavillion 2000
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello ,

I'm trying to disable secure boot in order to istall ubuntu alongside windows 10.

The problem is that despite I'm following all the recommended steps the BIOS setup doesn't show.

Insted my laptop does a strange sound like a bell.

What's the problem and what can I do to fix it?

Thanks in advance

cannot disable secure boot

Hi

Ubuntu is supposed to be capable of installing alongside W10.  W10 wants/needs secure boot.

Ubuntu is Secure Boot enabled I am sure, so the problem may just be with the media, DVD or USB that you are trying.

If in doubt please ask.
