error code hdd test

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hi, new system can't (after 2 days) be started anymore. new isntallation via restore or usb or dvd isn't possible (function in bios enabled).

hdd test (hp pc hardware diagnostics uefi) shows error code -> ggal6k-95v963-gxgj2j-61d203


seems to be a failure of the ssd or?

The failure ID provided by you indicates Disk Drive (SSD) issue with the unit and SSD/HDD needs to replace.

Take it back to the store that sold it to you, and get a replacement, for free.


If they will not assist, then follow the suggestion from the Other Person -- conctact HP, to open a claim against the HP warranty.


There is NO WAY that you should be paying for any repairs on your brand-new computer.
