support wait time

HP Pavilion Mini 300-200 Desktop PC series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can anyone tell me if HP is really this slow?  I'm a new Smartfriends member and have been on hold literally 2.5 hours waiting for the "No-Boot" department to pick up the phone.  I've talk to premium support at least 4 times, currently waiting 60 minutes since they put me on hold to find out how long it will take for the wait for No Boot. Should I demand my money back? This is ridiculous.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
