Hi

You could try a VirtualBox install.

That is Windows 10 - https://www.virtualbox.org/ - Windows 7, to try and get W7 running and locate drivers etc, especially video drivers as no display suggests this as a problem area.  It may be sluggish, but speed is not the issue, compatibilty is the issue.

Then if that works try a new install.

Some newer HP systems are "designed for Windows 10", meaning that Windows 7 has no support for the chipset on the motherboard, nor for the processor.

Note that Microsoft will terminate all support for Windows 7 in January 2020 -- less than 2.5 years away.

At that time, you will have to "migrate" your applications and your personal files from Windows 7 to Windows 10.

That's a lot of effort -- 100% avoidable if you start today with Windows 10.

My recommendation: stick with Windows 10.  It has a "compatibility wizard" that allows many "designed-for-Windows-7" programs to run under Windows 10.

@mahmoud-asy

Have you tried enabling Legacy boot in BIOS?

 Your model has full list of Windows 7 drivers:
