I formatted my computer but the following message started to appear "system is booting into manufacturing program mode..." I already went to the website to get the BuildID but the website says it is 0, my computer is an HP ProBook 640 G2 Does anyone know what I can do?

You don't format a computer; instead, you format a drive -- as this involves creating a new filesystem on a drive.

WHY are you doing the formatting -- to reinstall Windows on the PC?

And if so, WHY are you doing that?
