HP Elite 8200 SFF
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to add USB 3.0 ports to my HP Elite 8200 SFF. The 240 Watt Power Supply should probably be sufficient but does not include a Molex connector to properly power the USB 3.0 2 PCIe card. How do I solve this problem and additionally, is there an upgraded power supply available that will fit into the SFF case?

Thanks for your help.

@bmeupscot50,

This SATA power to Molex adapter will help you..

There is no standard upgrade PSU because of the unique power connectors.

Thank you so much for the prompt response. I felt that there was no upgrade PSU available because of the unorthodox configuration of the SFF but your confirmation has pointed me in the right direction.

So, is it possible to upgrade the PSU?

if I buy that adapter, can I place a PSU like this?
