HP Pavilion Desktop RAM Upgrade

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 570-p010na Desktop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Pavilion 570-p010na Desktop and I have tried to upgrade the RAM from 8GB to 16GB. I understand that the maximum RAM recommended is 16GB for this PC. I purchased two Corsair 8GB 3200MHz sticks of RAM and replaced my existing RAM. When looking at system information and task manager it appears my system is only using one of the sticks of RAM, only 8GB. When I launch my PC and looked at the BIOS menu, it says 16GB is detected. I am not sure whether there is a problem, whether there is something I need to do, or whether my pc is limiting the amount of RAM I can use.

Any help would be appreciated

Yes, you can use up to 16GB and it supports PC4-19200 (DRR4-2400). Therefore your Corsair 8GB 3200MHz  must be downgraded to 2400MHz (2 steps to be able to run  3200MHz and 2666MHz).  That may cause NOT compatible. Anyway, please try the following trick first
