Product: HP ProDesk 400 G3 Mini Desktop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear HP Experts,

 

I bought this PC and would like to expand with a M.2 250 GB SSD Storage, but unfortunately I can't accomplish it although I updated the BIOS and checked all the settings in BIOS.

I tried it wiht an M.2 SSD storage from Western Digital Blue series and with another on from Samsung 850 Evo. Both cases failed.

 

I have no idea what is the reason.

 

I hope you can give me some tips  to solve the problem.
