Hello,

I have a hp ssd s700 240 gb and suddenly it stoped booting. When I conected it to another system it shows that it only has 1 gb available and it doesnt show the partitions os or anything. Has anyone else encountered this and are the data stored on it still accesible some how?

@Andreiul -- that is bad news.

There is "file-recovery" software that reads through a disk-drive, block-by-block, that tries to "stitch together" the blocks, to try to recreate files and folders, and to write the "recovered" files to another disk-drive.

Trying to use this software should be done by a computer technician who has experience in using this type of software.  How much a technician would charge for 2 or 3 hours of work is another question, and the probability of recovering your files is a concern.
