Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can someone tell me what graphics card and PSU I can upgrade to? I have an 

HP ENVY TE01-0xxx. I would like to purchase the best possible upgrade for it. Anyone know what I can upgrade to and where to purchase?
