HP All-in-One 24-f0025xt

The touch screen has a crack. I could work with it for a bit, but now it throws the pointer around. Are there any requirements on what sort of monitor I can hook up to the HDMI out port? I'm just going with a basic 22" 75hz monitor.

Yes indeed, you can hook up a backup/secondary monitor through your HDMI Out port with a display resolution of 1920 x 1080 as per your AIO's specs: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06001992.
