Hi there,

 

I am using the keyboard and mouse in the original package of my AIO computer. The connection is through a usb receiver. The mouse suddenly stopped working. I changed the battery in case it ran out of battery. Turned it on and the light still lit up for a few seconds but the cursor doesn't move at all. Is there a problem with the mouse itself? Is there a way for me to fix it?
