How much RAM can be installed in my HP ENVY? I have 8GB now. How do I find out?

Your HP ENVY Desktop - 750-140z CTO (N1N01AV) as fitted with the Orchid3 motherboard (SSID: 2B52), and according to: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04794358, https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04783128, and: https://www.crucial.com/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/envy-750-140z-cto, can be fitted with up to 2 x 8GB of DDR3 PC3-12800, 1600 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, UDIMM, 240-pin RAM sticks.

 

This RAM can be purchased online via eCommerce sites, such as eBay and Amazon.
