Product: T5720 Thin Client

I recently bought a pair of T5720 thin clients with PCI riser + expansion. These are older 1GHz AMD based machines. I'm using one as DOS machine and one as a Windows 98 machine. In the case of DOS, I intend to add a PCI sound card. In the case of Windows 98, I intend to add a PCI video card.

The PCI riser requires capacitors due to "PCI bus noise". The two PCI risers I have are unpopulated; there are through hole and SMD solder points to add the relevant capacitors but the PCB silkscreen gives no indication of capacitance or voltage required for each. The second post above shows someone "winging it" and just soldering several capacitors in place, which apparently worked but the post is ambiguous about capacitor ratings.

 

Does anyone have any idea what to do here?
