Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there anyone can help me.

 

I have HP Compaq 8100 elite CMT with 2pcs 1gb  Memory Installed and we plan and we buy 4gb memory (not HP Brand) but the specification is still the same 1Rx8 10600U and now my problem my desktop keeps rebooting after windows logo appear in monitor. There are some setting do i need to change? or Incompatibility of memory?Please help please

Hi:

 

Most likely the memory isn't compatible.

 

You must use low density memory in that model.
