Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Can I turn in my current laptop and get a better version? I bought my pc back in 2018 on black Friday sale, but I haven't been using it that offen because it is so slow. I am trying to get a new pc, so please let me know if there is a way I can turn my current pc in and get a couple of bucks that would help me on my next purchase.
