The HP Compaq 8000 Elite Convertible MiniTower Illustrated Parts & Service Map designates Part Number 585157-001 for a stick of 4GB Ram.  I have the opportunity to purchase a used 16GB set of Samsung RAM at a substanual savings from buying "New".  Given the Specs for the Samsung Ram, I was requesting whether they were suitable replacements if used in the 8000 Elite CMT.  Thank You! for your reply,  Regards, Jeff
