i bought a psu from ebay to upgrade my pc to install a gpu but its making this clicking noise when my pc is off. i listened to the original one i had and its in that too which ive never noticed but its quieter and im assuming its because its max wattage is lower than the one i bought. is this normal? the psu i bought is the L05757-800

@ahwang39 , welcome to the Community.

This is definitely not normal.  Since both PSU's are clicking when the power is turned off, it is most likely a problem with another component that is allowing power to get to it.  You should have the system tested by a computer technician if you don't have the test equipment.
