Welcome to our HP User Forum!
Your HP Desktop M01-F3214 PC (577L8AA) as fitted with an Erica9 motherboard (SSID: 8AB6) as verified here: https://support.hp.com/th-en/document/c08350353, but I could not locate a source (including HP's part surfer) what power supply your desktop is fitted with.
Please take a look at your power supply -as this will be the main bottleneck for installing/powering a discrete graphics card, and provide the part number.
Possibly, a 500-watt power supply with HP p/n: L05757-800 may be compatible with your motherboard (see: Power Supply Cross Reference for specific models - HP Support Community - 7483923), but because of lack of documentation -at least as far as I can ascertain, you may have to consider trying it out.
If said 500-watt power supply is compatible, then you could power graphics cards up to an RTX 3060 or an RX 6600 XT.
Kind Regards,
