Possible power surge.  Green light on the back of the unit is on but when I press the power button on the top of the unit, I get no power.  Unit does not boot, turn on, power light on the switch does not light. Is there any way to get power back? TIA for any thoughts.

@BorninBrooklyn , welcome to the forum.

I believe that you most likely have a failed power supply unit (PSU).  The average life of a PSU is 4 to 5 years.  Your computer was released in 2008.  You should be able to use any standard ATX PSU.

Here is a guide that will help you troubleshoot the PSU.
