hi I have a question about upgrading my power supply for my hp desktop. Can I even put a new power supply in my system at all. It is a HP Desktop - M01-F1033wb. With a 180watt supply.

I have seen many problems replacing HP PSUs with off-the-shelf standardized models, especially in high-end desktops. They range from proprietary form factors to proprietary wiring. I have given up. If the unit you require is no longer available from the OEM, try eBay.
