Product: Envy 700-215xt
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I recently had to replace my motherboard in my Envy 700. Everything works fine, no errors, games are good... But when I run HP Support Assistant it detects an HP Pavilion 500. Not a huge problem, since everything seems to run okay, but if I want to look for updates it is giving me the wrong computer. Any way I can get Support Assistant to detect my Envy 700?

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to tattoo the product information in this case the Bios needs to be tattooed by the product manufacturer.
