Are we supposed to guess which specific HP Envy laptop you have?
Identifying it with an HP product number(SKU) would help.
Boot up the notebook and immediately tap the FI key.
Locate the product name and product number(SKU) and include both in your next reply.
Otherwise, we really can't help.
