will i be able to run a rtx 3080 ?

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i know that if i was able to run a 3080 i would need to upgrade the psu to around 750w i think but was also wondering is there anything else you would recommend

 

also it would fit into my pc but maybe not the top pcIE slot and was wondering if that would be problem if i was to install it into the second slot.

Hello
models may be different depending on the board manufacturer
You will therefore need to check the dimensions given.
Provide a graphics card of a reasonable size in relation to the available space.
Not only must it be able to enter, but it must be sufficiently ventilated
Look at the dimensions of the original one, you can install one maybe a little more imposing, but not too much, allow for the margin
