Hello, I hope you're doing well. I am facing an issue with my HP Notebook - 14-cm0503sa. Whenever I start up my computer, I receive an error message from BIOS stating that it has detected a problem with the computer battery. The message suggests that the battery could be ageing, causing this issue. Although the computer works, I have to keep it plugged in because the battery drains very quickly. Whenever I remove the charger, it tricks me into thinking it is fully charged, but then it suddenly shuts down and shows 0% battery. As a result, I have to keep it plugged in all the time. I've never faced this issue before, and I'm unsure what to do about it. It's also the first time that I've seen the black screen or death screen. Can you please help me resolve this issue and tell me how to fix the BIOS battery screen problem? Thank you very much for your help.

Have you considered the battery needs to be replaced? Not clear how old it is, but anything 3 years old or older is probably suspect.
The manual indicated the battery to be HP part #L11119-855

Also shows the procedure to replace starting on page 33
I'm not an HP employee.
