Can't start computer "WILL NOT ACCEPT PASSWORD"

Microsoft had me do MSCONFIG and follow instructions to get into safe mode, it restarted the computer, wiped all of my passwords out, and now I can't open the computer.....   it will not accept any password, can't get it to accept a PIN, and it won't let me change my password (forgot password just restarts the page back to enter password)..  so, my computer is worthless sitting there with the desktop picture!..   hopefully someone has a secret sequence for getting the computer to open so I can disable the dang password crap..   Wayne [personal information removed]

Your first post/inquiry you started off with this

"None of my passwords work and the forgot password does NOT work"

Your second post/inquiry  progressed to this      

"Got to safe mode, to type msconfig in the search bar and follow instructions... so... it did a restart, wiped ALL of my passwords out".  Miconfig has NO options that erase password(s).

Finally you jumped to this, all within 3/5 to 3/6 dates.   Do not post personal info, it will be removed by moderator(s).

1) When you upgraded to WIN 10, you were supposed to create an email address with either hotmail, gmail, or yahoo. Then you were asked for a contact point, either an email account, or phone number.

2) The option to have MS contact you is proven to be effective with the given phone number. Only it you kept the phone number.

No idea the first or second post went..  basically, no passwords work, no forgot password works, and I did create an account but it doesn't respond either..  and my phone number is still the same.
