Product: Pavillion 2323-q113w all in one
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I backed up my files with the recovery manager from HP and then I backed up on my files because I did a reinstall of Windows 10 and now that I actually got Windows 10 up and running again I'm trying to reinstall my files that I backed up into my CDs and it won't let me do it.  it says there's no disk in the drive that's the error message that I get and it's frustrating cuz I need to get all my stuff back in my

computer and it's not letting me

Is there a WINDOWS.OLD folder?

 

Does the DVD drive recognise other types of discs?
