I bought hp bs-146tu laptop from hp-store and after a long time I found that my windows is pirated

So, HOW do you actually know it is pirated?

One of my  friend told me ,if you write os.name in your python shell then if it give output as your os then fine otherwise your windows is pirated and I tried and got output as 'nt' . Am not sure either he was right or wrong. Help me to out

I can't tell you your friend is wrong -- as I have not tried that method -- but unless your or someone else forced the installation of a pirated version of Windows onto your PC, the original OEM version is legitimate.

 

So, I would not trust what some Python routine claims.
