Product: HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I found an HP Reverb G2 Virtual Reality Headset for a really good price but unfortunately, the seller only has a moded Face cover and the original one is missing. So my question is: Does the headset lose warranty since the original face cover is missing?

And sorry the Board I picked is probably not the best fit but I couldn't find a better one.

Did you buy this from a retail outlet, or did you buy this used from a previous owner.

 

If retail, take it back -- as the reseller is obligated to provide you the original device, with all accessories, in unused condition.

 

If you are buying a demo or used product, it is very likely NOT to have any warranty.

Thanks for the response, I was planning to buy it from a previous owner but haven't bought it yet and he sells the bill from December 2020 so if it was complete it would have a warranty but since he does not have the original face cover anymore I'm not sure if it still has a warranty which is why I made this post. Once again thanks for taking up precious time to help people like me 🙂
