Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi I have a envy 24 all in one desktop. While I was updating the bios, I accidentally turned off the pc. Now, I have a black screen but I can hear the fan on. I’ve tried the hp hard reset, etc n i still have a black screen. Pls help anyone!!!

Sorry, but I don't have very good news for you ...

Since the BIOS/UEFI is essential to the most basic of PC functions, what you did was essentially turn your PC into an "electric brick" by disabling it in the middle of a BIOS update.

What MIGHT work is one the following:

However, if neither of these works, then you would need to contact an HP Repair or Service Center to see about having them reload the BIOS/UEFI for you.
