Have you tried all of the options in the "advanced"
see if you can boot into safe mode. If you can then create a new user and make the user an administrator. Skip over any requests to uses an email or a Microsoft account and just create a local administrator account. This will get you a new registry and you should use this new account for future login.
If you cannot get into safe mode post back here as we will have to re-install windows.
