Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP logo does not display when computer starts up.

I get a black screen then Windows 10 login display.

I recently installed : 

Radeon Software Version - 19.1.1

Radeon Software Edition - Adrenalin 2019

Graphics Chipset - AMD Radeon(TM) R4 Graphics

HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows does not detect HP Slimline Desktop PC 270-a0xx

How do get HP logo to display at startup?

I tried to look on the AMD site for drivers but it does not list any "R4 series".

 

So, do you mean HD R4xx series?

 

You can use the HP Support Assistant go get detailed listings of the hardware in your PC.

 

We can proceed when you provide the information.
