Product: Hp omen 880 desktop

Okay so I have an aftermarket 750 watt evga power supply that I have tested in other PC's since the issue it is known to be good I've tried 4 different sticks of ram in my pc and other PC's they are also known to be good sticks of ram I have an aftermarket graphics card it's a radon 470 sapphire nitro that is also known good however I am not getting any usb power or any video signal I'm getting 3 long beeps and 2 short beeps I have tried every troubleshoot imaginable and nothing at all has changed and I can't find any videos or any information on my problem it's as if it hasnt existed till now lol any and all help is very very appreciated

Try removing  the dedicated  graphics  and boot ur computer with integrated  graphics.  And update  all the device  drivers  by going to device  manager . Then plug in it with factory  fitted  dedicated  graphics

I'm getting no power to my keyboard or mouse and no signal to my monitor with or without the graphics card
