Hello,

Can someone please help me, my problem is that  my computer has been updating with Hp Bios for almost 3h, but it hasn´t progressed since 3%

I've read on google that if I shut it down, it may work. But in the worst case scenario it would ruin my computer.

¿What do you recommed me?, i'm desperate

HP Recommended

Make sure to keep it plugged in and perhaps wait another while. It shouldn't take this long but it's worth waiting another while.
