Problem with keyboard probably because of windows 10

Hello I hope you have a great day,

I have a problem that my keyboard wont type when I'm trying to sign in microsoft account and it's a big problem because I can't make a desktop account for my brother.

Tell me if you need more details but it's pretty much it.

Hope someone can help.

you mean, you can't even open the computer, with your desktop/account?
he is stuck on the page to log in, or something else?
Can you open the virtual keyboard,
