Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

MY PC IS SHUT DOWN AND I WANT TO TURN IT ON. I PUSH THE START BUTTOM AND INSTEAD TO STAR AS ALWAYS WITH THE HP LOGO, STARTS WITH, FIRST WITH A BLACK SCREEN AND WITH SOUNDS,( FOR ME LIKE AN AMBER ALERT OR EMERGENCY), FOR AROUND A MINUTE AND WHEN SOUNDS STOP THE PC START NORMALLY AND WORKS PERFECT! WHY?  HELP PLEASE 😞

Ouch !  🙄  First of all, typing in ALL CAPS is considered a "shouting". You really do not want to come across that way.  If it can boot to a stable desktop, why not try a "restore point" that taking the system back in time to a date when it was working correctly ?🤔

 

How to recover using System Restore on Windows 10

If you run into issues after making system changes, before spending time troubleshooting the problem, you can undo the changes using a previously created restore point. You can perform this task while you still have access to the desktop, or even if your computer won't boot correctly.

Sorry for the capital letters, didn't know. I had tried the restore pointe today as you told me, but it didn't resolve the sound problem when starting. Anyways thank you for your help. I will keep trying to fix it, I don't have a choice.
