Seems like somebody/something degraded your account.

Try:

Open computer management (This PC>Manage or run CMD (as admin if possible) and type "compmgmt")

List local users and groups > Users

Check what accounts there are and if your account is Administrator.

If you have further issues, click on "ADministrator" account

And un-click "Account is locked"

Than log off of your current account and login as "Administrator"
